We walked through this historic cemetery on the edge of the stunning ocean and were blown away by the history and architecture. It was awe inspiring and peaceful. Very much worth seeing.

Not the greatest thing to do, but it was a nice stop on our way through the city, and a nice spot to take a few pictures

Adjoining the Fort is this very pretty and interesting cemetery. Nearly all headstones are Not modern day, and many have small statues on them. You can walk around as long as you wish and even enjoy the occasional cat and friendly birds. When finished, consider...More

We stopped to visit this cemetery on our way to El Morro and were surprised at how extensive it is. It is bordered by the tall city stone walls, some extending from the fort, and the Atlantic Ocean. The artwork and sculptures on some graves...More

Due to the damage from Hurricane Maria, this Cemetery is showing some scars. At the same time, it's very neat to see. We did not see anyone in the cemetery, but we took our look from the old city wall near Castillo San Felipe del...More

Wow, to have such a beautiful resting place! It's hauntingly beautiful. Considering that it's been built in between some massive original fort walls, it's pretty unique.

We were able to see Santa Maria Magdalena de Pazzis Cemetery during our Fortresses of San Juan tour. I was amazed at how big the cemetery was and how many sites were there. I also found it eerily beautiful especially when looking at it from...More

Beautiful cemetery with seaside views and a fort in the distance. Is very well taken care of and great for a history buff with headstones dating back hundreds of years. We only had 10 minutes to really see it because of our tour but would...More

Yes it is a short walk from the terminal, however when we arrived by cruise ship, there was a shuttle bus that would take you to old town and the walk is only about 5 minutes.
