Great place to grab a chocolate martini! Menu was awesome, service was great, items were a little pricy.

We went to this restaurant for breakfast during a cruise ship visit.Had a regular breakfast but added the hot chocolate and the churros with the chocolate sauce. The churros were the best we have ever had...living on the west coast and traveling to Mexico several times have made us quite picky about them. I had passed this shop when I was exploring Old San Juan earlier in the day. My friend and I stopped in that evening as she wanted some last minute gifts and I wanted to try their hot chocolate. I ordered the European style chocolate which is very thick. It was so good, I will definitely come back.

it's a good place for breakfast and lunch. Modern and tasteful decor, and unusual menu items, mostly with chocolate involved.

Love the restaurant although a pricy. Service is great and the food is good. Should try it at least once. Relax, casual atmosphere for family.

Casa cortes was a nice stop in Old San Juan.We did have to wait for 10-12 minutes before my wife and I were greeted. They seemed fairly busy that day we had take -out.The coffee con lache was good my wife said worth the wait.Probably will stop again when we are in Old San Juan and hope the experience is better.

This is a must visit if you are in San Juan. Their hot cocoa is superb and the sandwiches are great. I would really recommend.
