All the plants are clearly labelled and it is a pleasant park to walk through. I would recommend going early in the day as it is HOT.

I am currently working with an agency based at the station. Great place for bird watching and flora identification. Easy to walk best in the morning. It rains almost every day after 1:00 PM.

Everyone visiting Mayaguez should come here. TARS has an excellent collection of plants, a variety of trees, and if you are lucky, they may share some ripe tropical fruit with you.
