As the daughter of a fire chief, couldn't pass this up!

Old fire station with beautifully maintained antique fire fighting gear. It is a small museum, will only take a few minutes to go through.

This old fire station is a memorial museum to the firefighters that saved the city from a terrible fire in the lare 1800. The building is located across from the Plaza and Cathedral, is hard to miss because it is painted with deep red and black colors. It displays gears used by firefighters along the years since this firehouse was... More

In the center of the "Señorial" city there is a the oldest fire station of Puerto Rico. And landmark that demonstrate how proud the people of Ponce is about their history. Located in the town hall you can enjoy to have a couple of hours at the "plaza" and being in a very nice and relaxing environment. Plan to take... More

Located in the center of Ponce, The parque de Bombas, is a must go place if you are touring the south of Puerto Rico. Rich on history, is a wonderful place to take photos, and buy PR souvenirs on some stores nearby. There is the Cathedral of Ponce and right across the street, there is an ice cream parlos which... Clearly an unusual building and fun to see it. Old fire engines for those interested in that. The tourist bureau is there if you need it.

Interesting display of portraits cover the three-sided wall of the second floor. The red and black color of the exterior is a bit shocking, as... More
