Spent 2 afternoons here. Beautiful beach. Water was stunning. I suggest you take a picnic lunch and cooler with drinks. Loved this beach.

We loved our time on this beach. There are many different turn offs, so it's easy to find a place to swim alone. There are lots of Mosquitos (as of May 2017), so make sure to bring bug spray. You'll also need to bring any...More

This was my favorite beach among all the beaches we visited in Puerto Rico (including the Flamenco beach in Culebra, which was great as well). It doesn't have the facilities as Flamenco, but the water color really lives up to its name, the sand is...More

Ok, so I admit it... My wife and I are now beach snobs. We never used to be. Heck, years ago we were fine no matter what beach we were on. It could have been dark, coarse sand and choppy dark blue water, and we...More

Super clear water with soft sands. As it's quite far (rent a jeep to go), we were practically alone there in a Sunday.

This is very far out and therefore very secluded. It's beautiful. The isolation is excellent. Snorkeling is Ok.

Whether you scuba dive or sunbath there is no comparison. It is truly crystal clear. Be aware that there are no facilities in this part of the island (no bathrooms or potable water). The advantage of this beach is that it is normally not crowd...More

I would definitely get a car on the island if you can, you will need the 4-wheel drive.

Hi Julie, Is it waist-deep all the way to the island? It looks pretty far away from pictures and I'm only a fair-to-good swimmer. Thanks!
