Cas En Bas is a nice little stretch of beach (on the Atlantic side) with kite surfing and horseback riding. Because it's on the Atlantic water quality varies but it is well protected by a reef. There are chairs for rent, and if you are...More

We visited lots of beaches in St Lucia, north, south, east and west. This was our favourite for swimming and chilling. There's a bar, sun beds, people watching, peace, horses, walks close by and it was never busy.

Awesome place. Unspoilt and wild. Hope it stays that way. The water was super warm when I was there in November and you can get a ride up and down the beach by talking to the guys with horses. They're really nice but try and...More

We came here with Trim's Stable to ride horses on the beach. The beach is very pretty and would be perfect for wind surfing. The water stays shallow for pretty far out allowing for riding the horses into the water. Yes, there is a lot...More
