The church is open to visitors and is a landmark in the town. Although mostly empty on our visit I could imagine how it might be if full of singing churchgoers. Whilst not possessing the pomp and grandeur of the magnificent churches and cathedrals in other parts of the world, in St Lucia terms this is am impressive structure. Keep... More

Shabby exterior but stunning interior of church- beautiful stained glass windows, huge building and peaceful surroundings right in the centre of bustling Castries

The Cathedral is quite beautiful inside, although the outside part is not well preserved. Located next to Derek Walcott square. Quite large and over 100 years old. We came on a tour but could have easily walked from the port and our cruise ship. An excellent way to learn more about the history and culture of St. Lucia.

We actually attended a Christening here. If you are coming for Mass try and get a seat nearer the doors as it can get stuffy inside. Beautiful paintings and stained glass. A peaceful place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Castries, even for a few minutes.

Pretty nice church, worth a quick peek but not a whole special trip, unless you are really into Catholic churches.

I've visited a lot of churches and this one was so simple and humble just like its people. No Aires there!

A real treasure. A beautiful example of Caribbean art work and wood work. It's art-work is in the process of being restored. A few dollars would help.

Visiting the church was part of our tour. It is an amazing place. Does need repair. It seems to be a great place for worship. Nice spot to visit and to have a moment to reflect.

Don't Miss Sunday's Childrens mass at 10AM'ish. Church received som damage from a storm few years back and is being repaired. Stained glass windows offer interesting perspective of different cultures.
