Was always sceptical about buying expensive jewellery abroad. However after being introduced to diamonds international buy a very knowledgeable port shopping adviser with P&O who explained where to go and most important where not to go. We decided to visit store. It was great experience we never felt pressured or hard sell. Our port adviser Victoria was with us to help and negotiate. The wife left very very happy with two diamond rings .. My credit card a little bruised but was happy we got an excellent deal. They were extremely friendly offered us drinks which we enjoyed and even arranged a taxi to take us to the beach after. The whole experience was customer first. The only negative after was my credit card charging foreign currency exchange fee... beware cost me a few hundred more.... so make sure foreign transactions are free with your credit card \ Bank ( $ to £ )

I was on a cruise last week and St. Lucia was one of our stops. We went into this store looking for Tanzanite earrings. Sherman Elibox was very helpful and knowledgeable. He didn't pressure us at all and got us through the process quickly. I picked out a pair of trillion Tanzanite studs and they are so beautiful! The price point was right around what I thought these earring would cost. Thank you, Sherman for your expertise and kindness! :)

While on a cruise, we visited St. Lucia and had a few hours after our excursion to shop. The sales lady was very patient and wonderful with my children while I browsed for Tanzanite rings. I found the prefect ring and did not have to have it resized. She was a little to helpful by reducing the ring price by $200! I love the daintiness of the ring!

i enjoyed the patience and interest Janna and her supervisor gave to us, as we asked question after question and answers was all forth coming . We felt clam and not rush to make our decision The ring had to be sized and delivered the next day and they ensured that it was done...all the steps of the way was followed up by Janna 's phone calls.... always pleasant and an unseen smile as she spoke .. looking forward to my next trip to visit there again :-}

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.
My husband chose a ring and they had it resized within the hour which was amazing.
They also surprised my husband with a bottle of bubbly as it was a special birthday that day, which was a wonderful gesture. Would highly recommend the store and the wonderful staff there.

We were on a Caribbean cruise and had stopped in three other Diamonds International stores on prior islands. When we walked into this one, we were greeted by Swithin and he instantly made me feel comfortable. We were shopping for my engagement ring and I had no idea where to start. He and Lucky were able to help me find the perfect ring! My bank declined the transaction due to the large amount and they not only let me use their phone to call internationally but they didn't make me feel bad about having to do it. They were so wonderful to me and I had the best experience. They treated me like I was special and I felt really good about spending the amount of money we did. I highly recommend this store! Thank you so much, Lucky and Swithin, you two made it memorable!!!

I had been looking for a specific JH collection chain on my cruise and Dina at Diamond’s International was incredibly helpful and a delight to work with. So friendly indeed. Thanks to Dina, staff and company for a piece I will always love and remember. Thanks Sherman for the beer as well. Piton rocks!

Visited for a bit of duty free shopping and was geeted with a super friendly welcome by Michele-Anne. She sold my husband a lovely panerai with a smile and genuine knowledge of what she was selling, an absolute pleasure and we left happy and knowledgeable of the beautiful island, St Lucia. Hendrickson and Vick were so helpful when I went in to the store to look at Diamond rings. They were not at all pushy and they made the whole experience very pleasant. They even had my ring made smaller before I had to board the ship.

Came to Diamonds International to look at a Korite Ring. Michele and Monique listened to what I wanted and although they didn't have my size at the location they had one for me to try on very quickly. The sale was smooth and painless and I would recommend shopping here for anyone looking for some quality jewelry with a knowledgeable and friendly sales staff. There no pressure sales was also very much appreciated. Come visit these lovely ladies!

I find the prices cheaper because at a minimum you don't pay the sales tax you would in the States.

I agree with the other respondent. The gems are the same price world wide as is the price of gold. But at this store you get duty free plus no sales tax and for a Canadian that means no %13. And you do receive a certificate of authenticity from the company.
I am comfortable also because this store is inside a resort where we are timeshare owners. If we were unhappy we'd complain and the resort would take another look at the organization. We are happy. It's a nice store with helpful personnel.

Hello Don, usually most of the ring designs come with an uneven number of stones (3/5/7). In the store we have a wide selection of loose stones so we can make a 4 stones ring costume made.
