The view is amazing, however the water had garbage sprinkled in. It was also full of rocks and shells. If you go wear water shoes! The sand also had glass and trash. The public restroom will cost you $1 per use. The food huts are...More

Drove up north from Soufriere for the day to check out Castries and Rodney Bay. Had no expectations or much info about Pigeon Island and didn't really know about a local beach. Easy access and parking right there. Nice sand, clear water and no waves....More

What a shame! This could be one of the best beaches in the island. The water is clear, no big waves. We came on Saturday and there were tourists and local families swimming and sunbathing. We rented chairs and umbrella and spent a few hours...More

Let me first start why we would never go here again. We went because of the good reviews but our visit was not. We were in the water and I heard a local girl say to a boy she needs to go to the bathroom....More

Pigeon Island beach located on Rodney Bay next to the Sandals Resort on Saint Lucia. The beach is excellent for swimming, snorkeling, or just relaxing. One exception is that one should be prepared for a constant stream of locals trying to sell you stuff of...More

We went here on a trip to St Lucia as we were told Rodney Bay was packed and this beach would be nicer. In all honesty we did have a nice day but not one of the best in the Caribbean. The beach is narrow...More

As a portion of a tour we were suppose to have 2 hours at Reduit Beach with chairs and changing area instead we were taken to Pigeon Beach for 45 minutes, no chairs, no changing rooms. The area was overcrowded and just not enticing -...More

Shared taxi to this beach from cruise port was expensive ($20 with 5 people sharing). The beach is not wonderful with almost grey sand. There is a bar where you can buy beer, water etc. Whole area felt shabby.
