Absolutely stunning with an amazing range of huge flowers, tropical plants and trees and spices. The pathways were well designed and esy to walk on and the plants were excellently labelled. There were volcanic small rivers with bridges over and the whole thing was capped of by the beautiful Diamond Waterfalls. A beautiful place in spectacularly beautiful surroundings

The wonderful colourful plants are so densely planted that it is impossible not to take an impressive photo - just point and shoot, and the results are beautiful. The waterfall is indeed like a shower of diamonds.

Truly beautiful, don’t miss. We went late and had only 45 min before closing so we couldn’t try the mineral baths (they empty them at 4:30) but they looked pretty small so i don’t regret it.

Entrance fee was U$7.00. There are a few plant signs but the gardens are mostly unmarked. If you want more info you can hire a guide but they are not sanctioned through the gardens (as I understand) Included in your ticket entrance fee are the mineral baths. Bring your swim suit if that interests you, there are changing rooms. You... More

We came with a group of six and walked through the gardens and soaked in the mineral baths. The gardens are very nice, we had a good guide otherwise I would've been left wishing there were more signs telling me what plants were what. The mineral baths are warm which is not what I was expecting, but luckily it was... More

You can tour the garden and falls with or without a guide. There are signs throughout the park identifying the various plants and their use. You are allowed to cool off in the pool by the falls or can pay to soak in a private soaking bath.

We were on a tour down the west side of St Lucia. Part of the tour was a stop at the Botanical Gardens. At the gardens our group was put with Simon, our guide. Simon was extremely knowledgeable, easily understandable, and full of information that was very interesting. Lots of the Garden was in bloom and it was gorgeous! We... More

We loved our afternoon at the botanical gardens. We did not use a tour guide and enjoyed the gardens at our own pace. We walked up to the falls and snapped a few pictures. Very nice experience.

We visited on the last day of the trip in the morning before it got busy with tour groups from the cruise ships. Our freelance guide was very knowledgeable about the plants and I was able to take many photos as she pointed out different ones to us. I'm not sure why other reviews say this was a small garden...in... More

Diamond Botanic Gardens have been owned by the one family for over 300 years since King Louis XIV of France granted the land to the Devaux brothers in 1713. A delightful place to walk through for an hour, with waterfalls and hot baths, and one of the must see places on St.Lucia.
