Absolutely gorgeous!!! The Most Friendly staff, all you can drink rum punch, fun snorkelling and fun guests. If traveling by a cruise line that does not offer this as a tour be sure to book it independently through the family's website (it's the same price...More

Took a catamaran ride out to Prickly Pear, an island off the coast of Anguilla. Had heard there was great snorkeling there. Nice boat ride (although a bit choppy), and beautiful beach, but the snorkeling was a disappointment. Not much in the way of interesting...More

Great snorkeling trip to Prickly Pear. Saw some nice, colorful fish and enjoyed the day. I've been to other places in the Caribbean that I've enjoyed more.

Tough call here: when the weather is good, you can see some decent fish (depends on if you have access to other snorkeling as to how it compares). I've been here when it's relatively calm, but I've also had really choppy water... tough to see...More

Honestly the biggest dud of our otherwise spectacular trip. We took a reputable catamaran, the crew was a little lackluster, seemed grumpy. The reef here was unspectacular to say the least. The older of the two bars on the island had one hut serving drinks,...More

We stopped here as part of a speed boat tour around St Maarten, so we sadly didn't get too much time here. You can only reach this place by boat. It's small, serene, with great natural scenery. The water is calm and very clear blue....More

Had this review be solely about the snorkeling it would have gotten a very poor review. We came over on a catamaran tour and were very excited about the snorkeling as it was majorly hyped here. However everything that we saw was dead. Not sure...More

We went to this island through Lambada at Aqua Mania. It's a long way, about 2 hours on a boat ride. The snorkeling is superb. There is plenty of reefs and all kinds of fish.

Took day trip to Prickly Pear and Anguilla and had a great time. Saw flying fish, Dolphins on the way. Snorkeling was a little rough the day we went to Prickly Pear. Anguilla portion was really good beach and food beach side.

On Feb 7, 2016 we will visit on the Star Legend. Since this is the Windstar's first season for this port of call, I can't get any information. Do you know where they might anchor and tender to shore? We would like to snorkel on our own at Tamarindo Beach. Are there plenty of taxis both to get there and return? What other must sees are on the island?
