We stopped at Cooper Island for lunch, and then returned 4 days later for another lunch stop. The food was really good. We enjoyed their tasty hamburgers and fish & chips. The fish was melt in your mouth good! The restaurant is well decorated, and...More

We have visited Cooper on everyone of our 6 trips over the past 20 years. This month we found a dramatically updated restaurant and gift shop. Not just tee shirts and refrigerator magnets like the old days. Enjoy Happy Hour among the Mangrove trees. Good...More

We pulled in about 2:00 pm in the middle of May, and caught the last available mooring ball. Four other boats followed us in over the next five minutes and came up empty-handed, so like other reviews have recommended, it's good to get there early,...More

We stopped here for lunch on a boat trip through the BVI’s. The hotel was cool and our food was decent. The beach wasn’t very pretty. I was a little surprised and thought I was missing something.

This was a new spot for us on this trip. The charter company recommended that we arrive by noon in order to get a mooring and they were right! It was a beautiful spot with a sandy bottom and (apparently) new plantings of sea grass....More

We left the Bitter End early so that we could catch one of the last mooring balls on Cooper Island. It will become one of our favorite stops. Outstanding snorkeling along the shoreline to the dingy mooring balls. A wooden boardwalk connects the restaurant to...More

This resort has been totally rebuilt since we were last there and is beautifully set out. Swimming off the boat is lovely and we saw lots of turtles too. There is a restaurant - but book early - we could only get one time for...More

Yes you could wander and explore the island, but it is pretty rugged. As for other beaches, I am not sure. I believe the only people who live there are those who work at the beach club. Some commute from Tortola via... More
