We stopped here on our cruise with Captain Wilson and Island Wilson Excursions. We wanted a quiet stop with a gorgeous beach, clear water, and a place the kids could play while the adults floated around some more. This was perfect!

Smugglers Cove can be tough to get to so make sure you have 4 wheel drive to get down there. There is only a porta potty for bathroom facilities just as an FYI. Amazing beach and beautiful water!! Great place to just sit and relax all day and play in the water!!

We spent nearly a full day at Smuggler's Cove during a recent stay on Tortola. This is a beautiful, sandy beach and if you enter the water in the center of the beach it is sandy quite a way out (there are some rocks off to the right side of the beach so you'll want to avoid entering there). Snorkeling... More

It really is one of the prettiest beaches I've been to. A horeshoe shaped beach with amazing turquoise water lined by big palm trees. The young man running the make shift bar (Nelson) is a gem and his buddy made one of the best meals (grilled shrimp and pork) that we had on the island. Its down a ragged rocky... More

The beach requires an appetite for adventure to get to, down rutted roads and narrow stretches where you just hope no one is coming the other way. But what awaits is pure heaven - A long strand of pristine beach, with plenty of room to stretch out. The water is protected and calm, with good snorkeling. Bring a picnic or... More

Great beach, not over crowded and a little beach bar Nigel whom will take good care of you! His painkillers to me were the best I have had since being on the island almost a week ago.. Even puts the fresh nutmeg on top~~ We will be back before we leave for sure~

Escape the crowds on this secluded gem of a beach on the west end. Enjoy a beautiful white sandy bay and snorkeling close to shore. Bring your own or enjoy Nigel's BBQ & drinks.

Smuggler's Cove is a small (500 foot) sandy beach with warm water, good surf, and beautiful views. The beach was relatively crowded, but still with room to spread out. Parking is plentiful. Getting to the beach is a chore (IMHO). Its about 2 miles (from west or east) along a very very rough road (Rte 1). If you do the... More

This is one of the nicest beaches on the island, beautiful blue water. An excellent place to just sun bathe, swim, snorkel and kayak. And if the sea and sand aren't enough to do it for you, the sunset is breathtaking!
