A perfect getaway for a day, this charming, half-mile strip of soft white sand is isolated and rarely visited since it is accessible only by a small dirt road.

This is not Wailea surfing, but pretty good for the BVI. The sand is silky, and there are options for food, like Tropical Fusion at the east end which has great food, and of course the Nature Boy beach bar kind of in the middle, east to west. Heading east down the road toward CGB, stop at the crest of... More

Cruise shore day 30 Jan 2016. Visited on recommendation and not disappointed. Highlight was watching a flock of pelicans for an hour, continually feeding by diving into the surf beside us.

I heard about a day pass but when I called it was not available. Instead they rented us beach chairs for $5 each and we got to use most of the facilities and a beautiful beach where there were pelicans. The cab was $14 per person. Its about a 20 minute drive from the town.

Quiet and magical beach. Good snorkeling in the east side. calm and clear water. And ideal place to relax and enjoy sea baths. But there are no shops, no bars, no public WC.

This beach is far away from the town. It is a great spot of nature, you swim and see many many fishes even without a mask, because the water is so clean and pure.

We spent a week on this beach and it was fantastic. It's a long beach, you can swim, laze, walk, run, or whatever. White sand, clean, not crowded.

The view is amazing, watch the bottom of the menu with the 15% added gratuity. It's included in the check and shared with all the staff as with most places on Tortola.

Once of the most beautiful beaches we have visited. We visited Long Bay a couple days during a recent trip. Beach was very quiet and relaxing with only us and a couple other people. One day it was very windy near the resort office, but not as much once we moved down the coast. Swimming is better down the coast... More

While on a cruise we visited Long Bay beach for the afternoon. We really had a wonderful time on this beautiful beach. It;s big enough, so there is plenty of space for everyone. We walked to the far left for a less crowded beach. The taxi fare to the beach was 12 dollar each way (per person). No fare to... More

Cruisers from the ships that land in Roadtown, that is. After that, the beach is reasonably quiet, even though it's the closest beach to Roadtown. Avoid it on Sundays, tho. The church across the way has a screaming preacher who blasts a PA system he doesn't need. We don't need to hear the evils of alcohol lecture.... We've been going... More
