Snorkeling close to shore

This was much better than Loblolly. Snorkeling in calm water and the each was deserted. You could swim from one section of reef to another without going far.

There is beautiful snorkeling here, but you have to get way toward the outer reef. The current can be strong and make maneuvering around the shallow coral difficult.

Flash of Beauty reef is one of the best snorkeling/diving reef around in calm weather. If you are an experienced snorkeler, going through the reef cut to outside the barrier reef is an awesome experience with big fish!

This laid back place is as easy going as it gets. Kid friendly, bring your snorkel gear. the beer is cold and the gals loved the fruity drinks

This was the first beach we went to during our visit to Anegada. We were the only ones there for a couple of hours. The restaurant wasn't open at the time but we heard it serves excellent Caribbean dishes.

Warning the reef is decimated and there are no live corals! Also difficult to get in and out of the water due to sea urchins. Nice beach, terrible snorkeling.

Local place with good food and open air atmosphere. Right off of the beach, a good place to grab a tasty burger and a beer before going snorkeling in Loblolly Bay.

Monica , our gracious hostess, served me the best banana daiquiri I've ever had. Actually , it was a banana smoothie made with real bananas , and you must tell them you want alcohol (rum) added. The snorkeling was okay , and make sure you know where to begin. There is some excellent snorkeling straight away from the bar. Don't go... More

Will go back and spend time on this beach! We visited it on a scouting expedition en route to Lobolly.

Only one other family there when we visited. We rented a car to get there - about 1/2 hour drive from Setting Point. Were warned about current - so entered at one end and drifted. We really weren't as impressed with health of coral or fish as we were when touring with Kelly at Horseshoe Reef/East end of the island,... More
