The coolest part about this place is that you get to say you've been to hell. There is gift shop to buy your hell merchandise and a post office to send a letter from hell. The rock formations are behind the stores and you can...More

In theory this would be an interesting place to visit, but in reality it was not worth the effort to get there. The landscape itself was mildly interesting, but it contained alot of garbage which detracted from the view. While the shops were somewhat unique...More

You have to say you've gone to Hell. There is a post office where you can supposedly mail a post card from but was closed when we were there. There is a store (also closed) that has a devil and an angel cut out so...More

Lots of rugged lava formations here giving it it's name. No charge to visit, but it'll cost you a tip to have your passport stamped. It was worth the stop just to get this.

Interesting little place as befits its name. You can buy and send a "postcard from Hell" from here. Little, amusing gift shop. Small volcanic are made up of lava stalagmite formations that give the place its name.

Short trip as part of a tour but well worth it. The woman working there was hysterical. Be sure to take your passport as she will stamp it. Go to hell !

It’s interesting to look at for maybe two minutes, and there’s some pretty good shopping. Otherwise, I wouldn’t plan on a very long visit to the place.

Major tourist trap. Only went as a part of the cruise excursion. Spent 15 minutes there. Did send postcards I printed to family and friends from Hell. Formations are interesting, but crowded.

Oh, please don't spend your time that way! It is just an interesting thing for a quick stop if you are driving by anyhow -- I would go to the beach, take one of the boat tour options, if you don't want to do the water thing... More
