Rum Point is at the opposite end of the island from the cruise port, near many condo rentals. The beach is small but nice, there are several options for eating and a souvenir shop. It was by far the most populated beach beyond Seven Mile...More

Everyone said Rum Point on a Sunday is a huge party. I thought it was okay but waaaay overhyped. It was crowded with families and not the best beach. The gift shop was great and the mudslides lived up up the hype but I wouldn't...More

Coming from a quiet beach and snorkle area so this seemed very crowded. Food is hamburgers, wraps, etc but not much else to do there. Don't go on crusie ship days.

First of all if we are comparing Rum point to other places besides Grand Cayman, the rating would be higher. As the location faces the sound, the water is not as clear and the beach is not very expansive. However, there is what seems like...More

Rum Point has wonderful food and drinks. It has a beautiful beach and beautiful water. There is volleyball and snorkeling. There are shops and places to rent snorkel gear. If you walk to the left of the pier about 100 feet out into the water...More

We came here for lunch on a boat tour. Good facilities, clean beach. This beach gets deserted in the evenings.

I have been visiting Grand Cayman since 1987, and stayed on the north side of the island near Rum Point four different times. It was quiet and beautiful, perfect for snorkeling in the turquoise water out to the barrier reef, and for relaxing under the...More

it was fairly pretty and the mudslide was yummy but it wasn't anything special in my opinion. Definitely could have skipped it. Also didn't quite realized before we went that it was it's own little entity and not just a chunk of public beach where...More

This was the second time we tried visiting this place. The first time we got rained out. This time we got to visit about a half hour before it started raining again. We had a mudslide and lunch, used the restroom and gift shop and...More

Try Andy's Car Rental or McCurley's they both will come pick you up & bring you back to the airport and have your car waiting for you at your destination. Also very reasonable.
