Glen and Tony were both great and knowledgeable! We had a fantastic time with the stingrays at stingray city and the snorkeling on the reef was great. Starfish Point was also cool but I would definitely spend the time at stingray city and snorkeling. Thanks for a memorable trip!!

I have traveled all over the Caribbean and have never had a better experience! Captain Glen was so kind and knowledgeable. He took great care of my kids. We caught some great fish! He also took the time to take us to all the spots along the way. He taught my kids all about the reef, stingrays and starfish. To top it all off he made some excellent ceviche for us. His boat is beautiful and very clean. I truly felt like he treated us like family and helped us make some beautiful memories with our kids.

Glen and his partner were fantastic. They were attentive, accommodating and customized our trip to exactly what we wanted. We saw stingrays, starfish and caught some fish. We would highly recommend them.

We booked a private sunset/night boat tour w/Glenn at Back Tip Charters to see the bioluminescence. Glenn and his assistant Shane were great! They provided a phenomenal experience - their Boston Whaler boat was perfect for the occasion and both Glen and Shane were extremely knowledgeable and professional, and made this unique experience very special. Overall we were extremely satisfied and will certainly keep Black Tip Charters in mind on our next trip to the island.

Great trip with Glen around Cayman. He was very knowledgeable and professional with a clean boat well stocked with water. He showed us some great things on our trip to Rum Point and even had an unexpected stop at Stingray City on the way back! I'll definitely book with Black Tip again the next time we're in Cayman.

We initially booked a half day trip visiting stingray city and some reef fishing. We had a great time, with Glen and Johnathan being fantastic hosts/guides and the boat and equipment being clean and high quality. Stingray city was an amazing place to directly interact with the Rays. We hooked some nice fish including a barracuda. It was such a special experience that we booked a half day deep sea fishing a couple of days later.
The deep sea fishing was a lovely experience. Even before we started fishing, we saw flying fish and frigate birds catching. The crew worked hard to ensure we had the best time possible. I caught a 40lb Wahoo and had it prepared at Morgan's Restaurant which is right next to the pier. We also
hooked a large yellow tail tuna that we got to the surface but it managed to slip the hook at the last minute, so that would be a reason to try again another day! In summary, we highly recommend this company and its crew who go the extra mile to maximise your enjoyment.

Captain Glen & Tony were amazing!! Awesome day on the water catching lobster & conch. Got to snorkel with sting rays and beautiful fish! 10/10 experience recommend everyone joins Black Tip Charters while on the island!

We had to cancel our initial booking thanks to Southwest’s holiday debacle, and Capt. Glen was very flexible in rebooking and looking for a time slot that would work for us. I’m glad it all worked out, and he made it possible.
We trolled for big snapper for a little but that didn’t work out, and then we moved spot to spot to get the kids on some reef fishing action, they pulled fish after fish. Finally the kids had to get wet, so we hit a beautiful snorkeling area, then Stingray City before the big headboats arrived, and then a spot away from crowds at Starfish Point.
Capt. Glen and his crew (Dwight!) will make your trip memorable, and goes above and beyond for his clients.

Captain Glen and Dwight were absolutely wonderful. We had the best day going to stingray city, starfish point, snorkeling and fishing. They customized the experience just for us! They were very personable and fun to talk to and spend time with all day. One of the best experiences we’ve had. I highly recommend spending your day on the water with this crew!

I went for a 1/2 day trip with BTC. It was a slow day on the water. I listened on the radio channel to many fisherman talking about how slow it was. No one was catching fish. This happens. I have been on probably 10 such trips and every few trips, the fish simply aren't biting. But BTC tried every possible area, every bait / lure combination, and stayed out longer than 1/2 day trying to bring something into the boat. No luck - except a pretty cool flying fish. On the way back to the marina, Captain Glenn put on three trolling rigs "just because." When we were close to the marina, BAM, a 225lb blue marlin hit one of the lures. It took Glenn and me taking turns to bring him to the boat - over an hour of action. My arms were shot for the next two days. BTC never quits...and the boat is really nice and well-maintained! I will use them again when I go back.
