We have visited GC several times on past cruises and on this visit we were looking for something different to do. We enjoy craft beer so decided to head out on our own to visit Caybrew. We walked to the bus station which was about two blocks from the cruise pier. The bus station was easy to find, but when... More

My father and I decided to split off from the others in our group and do something a little different as I've already done the snorkeling thing before. Rather than pay a hefty price for a taxi, we walked a block from the port and took the local bus service for $5 each way ($10 total for 2 people). Very... More

We like supporting local microbreweries back home so this was on our radar to seek. Although a little tricky to find off Shamrock Rd., definitely worth the stop whether you do the tour or taste a few and make a purchase. This company makes sure it does things right from the process, through the product and how the spoils get... More

This brewery is a good place to check out if you want to check out the local beer. Lots of free samples available. Also they offer a brewery tour which I skipped. It's a popular shore excursion so expect it to be crowded when the cruise ships are in port. They also have a gift shop where you can buy... More

We didn't do the tour because it was $20.. most tours in America are free to hear about their process. Their beer is pretty good and they import their hops & barley from Germany & Florida.

We enjoyed a major sampler of eight of their beers. All were good with a few we really liked. The place is small, but fun. Lots of t-shirts and caps and other merchandise. The last tour is at 4 PM and we missed it. If you like beer, go there.

We made this one of our stops on our drive around the island. The caymans (in my opinion...) don't have many beer options native to the area but we wanted to check it out anyways. The flights (drink pours) were huge and there were so many of them! The service was great and we got a couple of tshirts too!... More

A lovely little tour which is mostly about the tasting. The staff are very friendly, kind & helpful. The tour is on the hour but you can have your 'free' entrance fee 5 beers before, after ...or even during the tour. There's also a great gift shop with plenty of interesting merchandise. Best take a cab or bus....and the same... More

I was thrilled more for a rum tour at the Cayman Spirits but after reading people reviews here I decided to give this place a shot - amazing!!! The tour is $10 and included 5 very generous samples of your choice and the folks working there take you around the brewery explaining each step of the process - very educating.... More
