Beautiful beach next to the Westin. We snorkeled and hung out for a short time because we didn't have chairs or an umbrella so it go too hot and sunny to stay, but if you have those, it's a great place to spend some time....More

Seven Mile Beach area doesn’t have many great snorkeling sites with an easy swim from shore - with this spot as one of the exceptions. We headed out to where we saw other snorkelers and found a patch reef in good condition with lots of...More

Governors beach is the best spot on 7-mile beach in my opinion. There is parking if you wish to drive there and the best time is to go early morning when it's fairly quite. The water is crystal clear and the beach is super clean.

The best public beach on the island. Quite, untouched, free and within walking distance to Sunshine Grill

With the exception of a strange tour of about 50 people bombarding us for about 10 minutes, we had this beach to ourselves on a Wednesday and it was beautiful. It was just down from the main public beach area and there a no facilities,...More

Governor's beach was up there with our favourites for swimming, snorkelling, plenty of space on the beach and car park close by. No amenities but we brought all our own stuff and there's a Fosters nearby for snacks and drinks. Absolutely loved it.

I agree with other response probably very expensive if available at all. Plenty of open free space though!
