I could not recommend the Little Cayman Museum more! Tanya was super friendly and an amazing guide. The museum itself is extremely interesting and gives you a great idea of Little Cayman’s history and its people. We also got to see and learn about the indigenous Rock Iguanas out the back. This is a must see for anyone visiting Little Cayman!

I think this stop is a 'must do' on a day when you cannot scuba. It's very well laid-out and fun. Ask the docents to tell you about the various iguanas!

We enjoyed spending a couple of hours here - it’s more than a stiff museum it was a an hour of learning about a place we love and spending time learning about the Little Cayman and listening to Tanya teach us about the Rock Iguanas was so great we went back for another day

This museum was built by "Mr. T", a man who had a very successful life. He loved the Cayman Islands and Little Cayman, in particular. Among other things, he built the Little Cayman Beach Resort. I met him there and came to know him and his wife. The museum is mainly a collection of his things, and through them they tell a wonderful story. Also, stop by and see the iguanas.

Of course the artifacts displayed are fascinating. But the highlight of this museum is the docent who is so involved in the resident island population. This young woman was incredibly passionate and informative regarding these native critters. Well worth spending 30 minutes with her as she introduces the iguanas and explains their life cycle, living habitat, and the importance of protecting them. Forgive me for forgetting your name but this guide ROCKED!
