Let me set the record straight on a few things: The turn off for trail from Island Main Road can be missed if traveling counterclockwise around St. Kitts. The road to trailhead is one lane for a spell and I heard it can be tough...More

We did the hike to Mt. Liamuiga through our Royal Caribbean cruise. We are a fit couple, running and hiking a lot. We enjoyed this but did find it strenuous. We were in a large group, about 20, from the ship. The hike was fast-paced....More

My husband and I did this hike as a Royal Caribbean excursion last Wednesday (1/31/18). A bus takes you through the country side to the bottom of the mountain, where several guides divide the group and you get started. The hike is 3000 ft up...More

If you get a chance to go to this mountain, come prepared for the inevitable weather. But it will be worth the trip. The views are stunning and lush!

Took this excursion through royal Caribbean cruise line and was the worst excursion I have ever been on. First off the guides were terrible (the girl and older gentlemen were fairly good), they didn't talk to us and never gave any info on the mountain...More

No. Any guides you find there will already be hired/ working. Entrance to park/ trailhead seems pretty remote and noncommercial.
