It's a very fantastic place on the top of the St. Vincent. There are a lot of special flowers and interesting plants on the real, perfect paradise. Timothy the French owner is a very cool man. :) !

Late answer but yes, it's a year-round garden. Always something blooming.
Could I get around some or all of Montreal Gardens in my wheel hair (with help)?

Some parts of it yes, but there's a few steeper paths and narrow walkways that might be a bit of a problem.
