Sandy Island is a just a short boat ride by water taxi from Paradise Beach ... costs about $20 round trip. The snorkling is fabulous. Take your own gear. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful turquoise water, just one other yacht moored nearby. Great snorkeling on the north top end. Lovely white sand with palm trees on this long thin island. We did have a few squalls of rain coming through at this time of the year.

There is no set price. It varies from 100 to 200 dollars. It depends on which point in carriacou you catch a charter boat.
