This beach was great!! The water was clear and beautiful. The sand was clean and pretty, and at times very hot!! I suggest renting a beach lounge chair. There is always someone asking if you want them. I believe we paid $40-60 TT, depending on how busy the beach was and what time of day we decided we wanted them.... More

This beach is a must if visiting Tobago. The water is always clean and blue and very appealing. Early in the morning is best;around 7am the water is calm and cool and not overcrowded. You could also try Peggy's chow. It's delicious. She sells right on the compound.

This beach is one of the most popular beaches, with the food huts and little shopping booths, totally catered for tourists. The beach was completely packed, that finding a space to just relax in the water was difficult. The water though us very crisp and refreshing. One thing that caught me off guard though was the amount of hustlers out... More

Free wifi, free phone charger port. Free lovely beach experience. That's about all the free stuff. There is also a lifeguard present. Until 6pm I think. There are alot of vendors selling local sweets ( sugar cake, bene sticks or balls, red mango, tamarind balls, chilli bibi, chow and tollum), natural materials (shells, stones and beads) jewelry, local food dishes... This beautiful and restful beach offers many attractions, including lots of local dishes and vendors from which to choose. There are lots of handicrafts and beach-wear available. We boarded our glass-bottom boat "Cool Runnings" from the shore. Nice place to relax.
