We loved having long walks on this beach each day if our one week stay in Whitby, North Caicos. There were lots of shells and white sand and not many people. Just nice and quiet. The water is turquoise blue and calm. Loved that there weren't many people.

We stayed a week at one of the apartments for rent there. It had everything we needed, including a great opportunity to just kick back and relax. Complementary bikes. You could walk the empty beach for miles. Beautiful water. No currents to fight like we had on Grace Bay in March. A great home base. Small grocery store a quarter... More

Just got back from Turks & Caicos. Took our first ferry trip over to North & Middle Caicos. We enjoyed staying at the Pelican Beach Hotel. The owners were very friendly & the food was good. Would love to stay here again on another trip. Roger & Lynne Schlappi

I got the idea from a guide book and I'm so glad we stopped by for sunset. It's true a lot of conch shells wash up and are yours for the taking. It's not true that there are "hundreds" at least not when we were there. It's a pretty spot with not a lot of foot traffic due to its... More

Nice beach, great to walk on when the sun is setting however gets tiring after spending any more of a day on. There is one bar on the beach called Barracuda Bar, which sells very reasonably priced cocktails and food, though somewhat takeaway/kebab shop style.

We stayed in Whitby on North Caicos and enjoyed relaxing on Pelican Beach everyday. There aren't many people there, rarely will you see someone else, so you have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view. I've got some video of the beach here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xsIoXowamQA&list=PLLPfKY7EjSryLzN6b-hf8McR4U_7O-LGj&index=7 and here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3JXT17LioUY&list=PLLPfKY7EjSryLzN6b-hf8McR4U_7O-LGj&index=6

Had a great two day stay at the Pelican Beach Hotel. Susan the owner and her daughters were so nice. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel which was good. Super laid back place. Watch out for the local dogs as they will come and steal your flip flops off your porch ! LOL Shower head could do with... More

The beach is a nice spot. Calm waters, white sand. When we were staying, there were always a lot of people on the beach, so it didn't provide much privacy, but everyone was very nice. Rooms are very basic, threadbare towels, rough mattress and bathroom etc. But the rooms are located right off the beach, which was nice. The barracuda... More

Great beach with almost nobody on it but you and yours. Sand is soft and water is clear. Have you ever had a an entire beach to yourselves? Here's your chance. Go. Sit. Swim. Enjoy.

We love the beautiful blue, warm water. The snorkling and swimming is great. This is one of our favorite Caribbean destinations.
