Wanting to help restore the tourism industry and support the Turks & Caicos National Trust, we took a break from the beaches and reefs and visited the Cheshire Hall Plantation. $10/person. Our tour guide Daverine Simmons the “Cheshire Cat” was relatively new (3months) but an...More

I did not find this tour worthwhile. It was $12/adult and $5/kid. Overpriced and not worth your time.

We stopped by to learn some of the history of Turks and Caicos. We were told originally it was called Blue Caicos. We listened to the history of the plantation and all the industries the island has had.

Tristan, our tour guide, really made this tour as good as it was. It was a full hour that went by very quickly. He discussed the history of this plantation, but also about how it influenced the culture that is found in Turks and Caicos...More
