You need a four-wheel-drive vehicle to get here, but it's well worth the trip to this scenic and secluded beach, perfect for swimming, and a barrier reef for snorkeling.

Visited Isaac's Beach. Walk was 20+ minutes. Well worth it. It is beautiful! We found some take off more clothes at this beach due to the seclusion. Just a little surprised.

Isaac Bay is a bit of an adventure. You have to find the unmarked parking spot that accommodates maybe 6 cars. We had been warned not to leave anything in our cars, and to leave the cars unlocked, as this is a place known for theft. Then you hike a trail across the mountain that is about 1/2 mile long.... There's nothing here but a great view, sandy beach and clear water. And that's a good thing! It takes a little bit of a hike (more of a long walk through tall grass) to get there, which makes it a fun private destination that feels like you "earned" it. :-) You'll have to bring everything you need, but keep in... We parked in that small dirt lot on the right before getting to Point Udall. There is an a trail that starts next to that parking lot and takes you to Isaac Bay. We made sure to bring a small cooler with sandwiches, drinks, and loads of sunscreen. The view was more beautiful than we saw in pictures. It ended... More

My wife and I hiked down to Isaac's beach and continued on to another beach. We went early in the day and were alone the entire time. We felt very safe on the hike and left the car parked with the window open. The beach is beautiful and sea turtle tracks were everywhere. The further beach had some calm water... More

The hike down is worth every hot, sweaty minute. There are scratchy plants and bugs, but it's so unbelievably beautiful it's hard to complain. Once you arrive down at the perfect postcard-worthy beach and look back up on the rolling green hills with no sign of civilization, it feels like going back to a prehistoric era. You are completely surrounded... More

We hiked in from the pull off near Point Udall. Isaac Bay was beautiful. A few visitors had left trash behind, we picked up what we could get to. There were a few other people, but this is definitely not a busy spot. If you like to hike and enjoy unspoiled beauty, take the time to go to Isaac Bay.... More

One of the most beautiful places I've seen in my life! We had the beach to ourselves. I was in awe of this area. If I lived here I would be doing this hike weekly !!

We had a hard time finding the hike starting point, but it ended up being the small pull off just before you get to Point Udall. The hike is short (3/4 a mile or less), and while you do come in contact with some tall grasses that overhang the path, it was an easy hike and VERY MUCH worth it.... More
