Eastern most point of the USA. Located at the top of a bluff with 290 degree views of the Caribbean ocean. Millennial monument located here and a great place to be the first in the USA to see the sunrise. Great relative easy hiking trail to Jacks and Isaac bays. A very scenic and lonely drive to the point!

We drove from Christiansted to Point Udall and enjoyed the many ocean views. We also brought along a picnic and took the path located beside the parking lot to Isaac's Bay. Our children loved the beach there and playing in the waves. The sand is very soft and the beach was not busy at all. Be sure to bring sunscreen... More

We hiked down to the tip of the Eastern cliffs (2 adults and 2 kids, 9 and 11). I was nervous about the hike, definitely steep and a bit dangerous but so worth it! The experience of the waves crashing down at the bottom rather than viewing them from the top was amazing!

Was windy but it still didn't ruin the view. We drove and some of the curves were pretty tight, but we used Google maps so I was able to warn my husband when we were coming to a hairpin curve and a stretch of curves. Well worth the drive.

We rented a car and drove all over the island. We had read TripAdvisor reviews and decided to check out Point Udall. Driving to the point was a bit tricky at times - driving on the opposite side of the street and the roads are very narrow and winding in many spots. Beautiful drive though. Once we made it to... The views from Point Udall are beautiful. We enjoyed stopping along the road to walk down paths to secluded beaches. Just park along the road and walk down any path you see towards the water and you'll see more breathtaking views.

Worth the drive out here. Especially for sunrise. Eastern most point of U.S. Great views on drive out there. January 1 has become a ritual for Islanders and visitors to view the first sunrise of they year in the U.S.

There are some pretty great views from the Point. There is a great beach within a 10 to 15 minute walk from a small parking spot just before you reach the Point (or as you return from it)

I go here every time I visit, its the furthest you can go in the U.S.A. It has some wonderful views of the ocean to the north, east, and south. Its on the dry side of the Island and you get a sense of a more desert like tundra there with cactus and other desert like plant life. Nice views... More
