This rocky promontory, the easternmost point in the United States, juts into the Caribbean Sea and features "The Castle," a huge mansion perched atop the cliffs and which resembles India's Taj Mahal and a Moorish mosque.

A beautiful place. We hiked from Cramer Point to Isaac Bay and then here. It rained on and off and we just loved it. You can stand on the easternmost-point of the US and watch the sunrise. While we didn't do that, we stood and...More

If nothing other than to check it off of our bucket list to say we've been there, my family took the long drive out to Point Udall on one of the days of our vacation to St Croix. It took over 45 minutes to get...More

This is the easternmost point to see the sun rise in the United States, and it is spectacular! It is so worth getting up early, and being there at 6:30 am (day we went, but check online)! This is a must do while visiting St.Croix...More

We went at sunset and took a picnic, climbed over the wall and enjoyed it on the rocky beach. We were warned not to park in the location that looks like a "scenic site" location about 150 yards from the monument as it is a...More

This is the easternmost point in the USA. The views are phenomenal and it is a lovely point on the island. There is a monument here to the millennium. Worth the drive.

We got up early and drove to the east end of the island to watch the sunrise. And it was well worth it. A beautiful area! The monument is interesting as well as meeting new people ready to see the sunrise. Even if you don't...More

A quiet and peaceful place with a great ocean view. Nothing here but the monument and a few tourists passing through. A nice picnic spot.

So unfortunate the letters shown on the photo of the monument had been taken when we were there. Views are beautiful and worth the drive. No restrooms/concession there, but about a mile back from the point is a small park on the north side of...More

360 degree view of Ocean. Breathtaking. As island is so small it is not a far drive from anywhere. Narrow road at times and many restaurants to dine at on the way there.

Probably a little tough return hike up the trail to the parking lot for the 18 month year old. Fun down hill. Round trip to Jack's bay is about 1.5 miles. Even though we are in our 70s this was an easy hike with wonderful... More

I'll defer to the locals for accurate crime stats, but as a recent visitor, I'll do my best on the east end. The east side is beautiful and has some incredible views. It is much more quiet, and many areas would best be... More
