Virgin kayaks places a premium on a safe and memorable experience. They only offer the bioluminescent tour when the moonrise will not diminish the glow. Two guides accompanied our group, one in the lead and the other in the back to ensure we stayed together. The pedal kayaks make for easy maneuverability, and Bryan makes launching and disembarking comfortable. Their... More

This was our 2nd year doing the biobay tour with Virgin Kayak and will do it again the next time we visit St Croix (depending on the moon). The pedal kayak's are so much fun and easy to maneuver through the water. We got in the water this year and what a blast that was. Bryan is so knowledgeable about... More

I was staying very close to tour shop and walked over and ask if I could sign up for trip - they said they were full but I could check back at 5 and see if there were some no shows - I said find but if I need to do all that since I was staying about 100 yards... More

Good Day Wayne, I am sorry that you feel that I was rude to you, but I sincerely have to disagree with you on what constitutes rudeness. I do remember our conversation, and I have to say, that while I was a little insulted by your offer to give me $20.00 for you and your wife to go out on... More

A fun night time kayaking tour of biobay. They have pedal kayaks which make it easier to get where you are going and more fun. Knowledgable guides. Sometimes hard to hear the information they are giving - maybe a small speaker /headset would've helped.

Jill & Bryan are the most knowledgeable tour guides I have ever met! They have an amazing operation and are super friendly. I had the best time with their Biolum tour! Their kayaks are peddle ones and they are fabulous! Highly recommend VIRGIN!

We booked a family group of 10 on the Salt River tour. Ages ranged from 9 to 71 and everyone had a blast. Brian and John were both excellent guides. Brian covered the history of the area and John saved the day when one of the youngsters got a small splinter. He had a first aid kit in the kayak... More

We enjoyed our kayak night last week out in the bay. It was raining when we arrived but luckily it didn't rain for long so we were able to go out. The peddle kayaks are easy to operate making it a different experience than a traditional kayak boat. It was amazing to see everything glowing when you put your hand... More

We enjoyed the kayaking. Great kayak with a pedal drive that was a new and fun experience. We set the tour up as our excursion from a cruise stop. Quick replies on emails. Setting up taxi in advance was a chore - and not necessary. We arranged for a driver, who wasn't there, but the taxi company at the port... More
