My husband and I, along with our couple friends, came here for a quick stop on our way to the Air BNB from the airport. The beach was not as long as I anticipated, but the sand so soft, water so clear. The water was about 78 degrees this time of year. We grabbed drinks from the beach bar and brought some mesh floaties to lay in while we relaxed. Beautiful beach! My family spent the day there. First we went for a run (one of the few areas on the island where you can safely get a short run in), hiked the nature trail and then settled in for the day. The water is clear and the temperature is refreshing, there's a bar nearby so we enjoyed a rum punch. I highly recommend planning at least a half day there if you're on the island.…

Family spent the morning of our last day at this beautiful beach and I wish we had come sooner! White sand, clear water, easy to walk in and out. With no cruise ships, the beach was deserted on a Saturday morning. Buoys are set for swimmers who want to swim the length of the beach. Lined with Sea Grape trees and a line of palm trees, there is morning shade. Public bathrooms, beach food concession, nice gift store and easy parking. You can rent chairs, umbrellas and paddle boards. Pay to park ($2) and entry fee ($5 per person for tourists). Gift store accepted all credit cards. …

Beautiful bay, worth a visit. We saw several turtles. Not much of a snorkeling beach, but just a beautiful beach. It is like $5 a non resident to enter the bay. It was calm and not many people.
