We had a great experience. Our group was one diver and two snorkelers. Both Wayne and Kaari were knowledge, friendly and fun! The diver in our group is a beginner (had only been on two other dives before this) and they made her feel safe and confident. We all had a great time and we would recommend them. Thanks Wayne... I was able to bring an inexperienced long past diver to fed hook and she was exceptionally trilled with her experience. The two ladies where true professionals, being patient and seeing to her every needs. The two shallow dives,,little St James and the calf were equally enjoyable to me with 30 years experience...I'm hopeful she can send pictures of our house from... In each of my three visits to Red Hook I have been diving with RHDC and never disappointed. They make the experience enjoyable and relaxed with emphasis on safety first. This trip included friends joining with one being a newly certified diver and other having never dived before. Skeeter and crew worked with them patiently and provided a great experience... More

The ownership has changed and the new owners had some rough spots in the beginning, but they've been ironed out and the crew is still excellent. Skeeter, Kaari, Amy, and Alex are all wonderful. You can always tell a good shop when the locals use it and there are almost always locals, almost locals, and repeat visitors on the boat.

It's funny. If you come to a place repeatedly, you end up noticing that places change owners while the quality remains. Red Hook Dive Center apparently changed hands a year ago or so. But all that doesn't matter. The operating manual of the place does not change: Small groups, good dive leaders, and the same boat with enough space for... More

We had purchased new snorkel equipment before going on vacation but forgot a snorkel vest which we always use. The people in this shop took the time to show us what they had, explain a little about them and answer questions. There was no pressure sales which was appreciated and we ended up getting some nice vests that fit comfortably.... More

These were my third and fourth dives, and and they treated me like the beginner I was, yet they took us on a challenging morning of long, 30-40 foot dives that also satisfied the experienced ones in the group. They gave me plenty of time to get used to this very interesting sport, and I kept up with everyone. Their... More

Thanks and kudos to Miles, Steve and Skeeter and all at RHDC for a great day for me and my 16yo daughter. We had brand new hoseless dive computers I had just purchased us for the holidays and Miles set them up for us quickly and correctly. But the best part I thought was the fact that they had another... Booked a trip with red hook last minute off of a cruise and awesome experience. Very personable group and willing to work with us to make it happen. Great, enjoyable dive seeing marine life from tarpon, an eagle ray, grouper, a couple octopus for the first time, and much more on reefs around the area.
