Air conditioned glass enclosed, comfortable for what it is. Beware of a guy offering to put your luggage on a cart to take to the ferry. He wants $15 just to roll it 20 feet! Just tell him "I got it and take yourself if you're capable. Anything larger than a small soft backpack is considered large luggage and will... More

Very efficient and on time ferry service. To and from St Thomas was $7 per person + $4 for each piece of luggage (not counting personal items/backpacks).

I regularly use this ferry. It always seems like controlled chaos. The guys at the dock are not people friendly. They bark at you like drill instructors. However, they have a job and they do get it done as quick as possible. Just wish they would be a little more friendly.

Not sure how to review a ferry other than it gets you there and back and runs on time. The staff were also very friendly. Sit on the top if the weather is nice (pretty much always in the VI)

The ferry runs regularly between Red Hook, St Thomas and Cruz Bay, St John. It's a fast crossing although not too comfortable. Like a fast streetcar. The employees of Westin and probably other restaurants in Cruz Bay, who live on St Thomas use it to get to/from work.

I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, and maybe update this next time I use them...first off, I was charged doubled....maybe she misunderstood me say "round trip, 1 bag", but did not realize till later. It's okay, can use it later. Busiest day of year, 8k Tuff Run, so very crowded...made it quickly from airport, but ticket line literally... More

So easy to grab a ferry from St. Thomas to St. John. We bopped over to St. John for a quick dinner. The Ferry is clean, has great upper deck seating, and a good crew. Ferry ride is 20 minutes max and was a fun experience.

The employees do a great job of loading and unloading vehicles. The little bar near the harbor was decent with good service and great drinks.

The crew was as nice as you'd expect, we didn't sink or get lost, and our bags made it! All the basics --- no frills for a very reasonable price.

You can't live without it- it's runs on time - it's $50 round trip for your jeep or SUV - but pretty basic - staff know what they are doing (don't expect any charm but helpful IF you do what they tell you. Takes about a hour from landing at Charlotte Amalie - (including getting luggage, getting your vehicle and... More
