We kayaked to Henley Cay on a tour from Arawak Expeditions in St John. It was one of the only tours we could find to Henley -- a kayak company previously offering them from Honeymoon Beach stopped in 2022. The trip was marvelous with a knowledgeable and easy going guide, Cory, who guided us, educated us, and kept us safe. We snorkeled for an hour on the south side of Henley and saw the best coral we've seen in St John, and a good variety of reef fish. Kayaking to Henley from Cruz Bay takes about 45 minutes in moderate wind. Snorkeling on the south side seems very safe. We didn't go to the adjacent sides b/c of currents. We also visited Scott Beach and saw rays and turtles and Honeymoon Bay on the tour.

We kayaked out to Henley Cay from Honeymoon Beach (through Virgin Island Eco Tours), It was some of the very best snorkeling, rivaled only by Waterlemon Cay. Highly recommend the kayak trip and the snorkeling there. Really interesting and fun.

Henley Cay is located in the channel off the Caneel Bay Resort. I took a kayak tour to this small cay to do some snorkeling. Having snorkeled just about every place on St John I can say this is the best snorkeling on St John!

Took a dinghy out to Henley Cay to snorkel (you cannot get to Henley Cay without a boat of some sort). Luckily we realized how strong the current was and snorkeled with the dinghy attached to us so that we could get back to our starting point against the current. The inexperience snorkelers must be aware of the current. The reef is shallow and visibility is good. The coral was by far the best I've seen in USVI's. The colors very vibrant with lots of sea fans and reef fish.

The Kayak and Snorkel Adventure to Henley Cay by our guide Sydney of VIECOTOUR was fabulous. She gauged our skill level and confidence quickly to make sure everything was perfect and comfortable for us. Sydney's pace was sufficient to get us to all the highlights of Henley Cay and Scott Bay while still adding to the trip with education about the fish and corral we were seeing. We saw so much and still were allowed to spend extra time on the Eagle Ray, many turtles and unusual fish and coral we encountered. All in all we spent just over an hour at each location after an easy Kayak to Henley Cay and back to Scott's Bay. Be sure to ask for Sydney, she is so sweet, knowledgeable and made the trip so much fun! We highly recommend this tour.

Really enjoyed all the colorful fish and sealife here. Spent hours in the water swimming and watching the wildlife.

There is 1 Mooring but people also kayak out. It was the nicest snorkeling we did while on St John this year. Lots of different fish and coral.

Great snorkeling. If you can get there, I highly recommend. Reef is really good. Easy to get to. side towards St Thomas is best.

Great spot for diving -- or renewing vowels. Pulled up on a dingy at sunset. Great spot. Got married at Caneel at Turtle point...so a nice alternative for that.

Our family kayaked to this Cay and enjoyed a nice snorkel. There were tons of fish and nice coral. There is a little current so be careful.
