This place is amazing. From what I'm told It's where the actual movie "The Blue Lagoon" was filmed and the dolphin from the movie Flipper is there as well. We went and spent the day there and we did the sea lion encounter. It was awesome. We are planning on coming back here to swim with the dolphins. Pick the... More

This is a must do trip when you are in the Bahamas. One of my most cherished memories is hugging and kissing a dolphin.. don't miss this!!

We were on a Disney Dream cruise. We took the boat ride to Blue Island Lagoon. This excursion was less expensive, but it was not less in value. We arrived at the lagoon and swam with dolphins!!! It was awesome. They let you take your own pictures. After the dolphin encounter, we spent the afternoon at the beach. It was... More

Visited December 17th and my kids loved it. Bring your own snacks as the drinks and snacks 9n the boat ride to the island are very expensive ($6 for a bag of chips). Our tour was very disorganized and we arrived to the island late as our tour guides didn't get us from the ship until our tour was to... More

Went to the dolphin experience here - Good times. Forgot to get the Skate & sea lion experience here as well. But the dolphins were VERY KEWL! You can also Snorkel (with a guide) on the island as well (I didn't the water was a little cool - Dec 2016) - Maybe next time. All in all a delightful time.... More

the blue lagoon island is an absolutely beautiful place. We did the one hour Segway tour which allowed us to go to some restricted areas of the island. Nakita and Vernique were wonderful in teaching us how to use our Segways and were very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna as well as the history of the island. You do not... More

We are happy that you enjoyed the Segway Safari and your tour of the island through the native forest and beach areas as you learned about the history. Thank you for visiting Blue Lagoon Island. More

Booked an excursion into this place, the tides was out and the water was up to our ankles, so everyone was just playing in the sand, so we pretty much paid $200 to have a lunch and get sand in the nether regions.

Hi there. We are sorry that you experienced low tides that day. This is an all natural lagoon and it therefore is part of the tidal system. Unfortunately it sounds like you came during our extreme low tide period which happens occasionally. We hope that you checked out our North beach where even with low tides you can find deeper... We loved our dolphin encounter! It was the favorite thing we did on our trip, even though it was only about 70 degrees and windy the day we went, we still loved it. The trainer (Brittney) we had was awesome and had us laughing the whole time. The dolphins were so sweet. I would defiantly go back!

The most beautiful water beach i´ve ever seen. Worth each cent! Forget the activities and enjoy the lagoon... The lunch is ok, not that trash that it´s sad and not a 5star restaurant lunch.

We had the best experience. The trainers were friendly and easy to follow. We chose the Royal Swim so we spent a lot of time with two male dolphins after the initial swim. Great experience!!! My favorite of the whole trip.
