Only option to golf is Paradise Island at $375USD for non guest $250 for guests of Atlantis. Very disappointed. Course appears to be playable, and someone told me it is "closed for repairs", but other locals say no one has ever played it.

Gone. Adios. Nada. Only course open now is the Ocean Club available to guest of Atlantis. Open to other non hotel guests at steep prices. The new Nicklaus course at Baha Mar is delayed, but hopefully it will open soon as work and maintenance is still going on.

Now that's what Bahamas is all about. Great food, great drinks, great service. A must stop while in Nassau.

We were very disappointed to find that there are no longer any courses to play on in Nassau. New course to open END 2014 if on schedule.

The old Cable Beach golf club is gone. There is a massive construction project going on including a new 3000 room hotel, new roads around this hotel and eventually there will be a new signature Jack Nicklaus golf course but not till the end of 2014. The old course is just a pile of sand.

Cable Beach Golf is a nice course to play, short but tricky wiht water in play in pretty much all holes. The fee is $50 to play either 9 or 18 holes. The back 9 are open only, the fron 9 are under construction. The fairways are not well taken care of and the greens are quite bumpy and slow.... More

Staff was very nice and helpful. Only 9 holes for the time until it is totally redone. $75 special price and course is in so-so shape! Nice getaway from the casino! If you have to go play-go for it...

As noted in an earlier review this is not a championship golf course and if you're walking off the street the cost is $130 including cart for 18 holes which is actually nine holes played twice or $90 for 9 holes. We've played recently in Hawaii and Palm Springs and both were far superior for a lot less money. The... More

My husband played here in March 2010 with a friend and I could not believe that I was charged $40 to walk round the course with him! We travel all around the World and never before have I been charged to "walk the course". My husband found the course was in poor condition, grossly overpriced and pro shop was distinctly... More

Did not stay at the hotel. This is ONLY RE the Cable Beach Golf Course.... This course was in absolute HORRIBLE condition in May 2010. Only 9 holes are open while (hopefully) restoration takes place. Greens are unputtable - a mix of long irregular grass length and large sand patches. Yet they continue to charge full rates for the chore... More
