A local eatery and some lovely view

We were pointed to the fish fry area on our way to the hotel by our taxi driver. We decided to check the area out later ourselves. The food stalls are very colorful, but we did... read more

We were looking for conch salad and were told to go to the fish fry. Thankfully, we received several recommendations that Oh Andros had the best food in Arawak Cay. It doesn't look like much from the outside but when we opened the door we knew we were in the right place. It was 4 o'clock in the afternoon and... More

Great little area to try the seafood and Sky Juice. Feel free to try it all. We did and it was wonderful! Gets busy on the weekends but we felt right at home.

What a nice event. We visited Arawak Cay twice the week of Christmas. M-F local vendors set up with neat crafts and wonderful native foods and drink. We had an adult beverage and conch fritters from 2 different vendors then went to Curly's for dinner. Great fun!

We were pointed to the fish fry area on our way to the hotel by our taxi driver. We decided to check the area out later ourselves. The food stalls are very colorful, but we did not try the food. We walked toward Junkanoo beach from there, and love the spot where you can see some palms trees and the... More

Known as the fish fry, this is a touristy place full of bars and restaurants, but it's great fun - lot of live music, plenty to see and lots of food and drinks places that are generally reasobanle value. I would thoroughly recommend a visit there based on our very good experience.

all restaurants are expensive in Nassau...the fish fry was a bit more "reasonable" by our standards than some of the other ones we went to. less than $100 for our family of five to have lunch, The food was good and the atmosphere very informal and relaxed.

Came with my parents and husband. Many small restaurants serving Bahamian fare and tropical drinks. A must see for those who enjoy food tourism or eating local. There are only restaurants here, no shopping. Sometimes there is a local fair going on with okay crafts. If you do not like locals aggressively selling you may want to avoid this area... More

It isn't a fancy place, but that doesn't matter. My husband and I both had the grilled grouper dinner, with a request for some extra spice, and it was excellent! Meals are made to order, so it takes a little longer than I'm used to, but it is so worth it. They cook the fish with onions and a few... More

Nice blue water and great restaurants this is a must do in Nassau beside Atlantis. Fish Fry is a great place to taste good Bahamian cuisine!

Dined at Oh Andros Restaurant and the food was excellent. Will eat there again. The indoor area was extremely busy and there was a wait but outdoor area was comfortable as the temperature outside was cool. There was a wait for the food but once it arrived, the food was very tasty.
