We took the 08:00am power boat tour including snorkeling, visiting the pigs, Gilligan‘s island, watching turtles with lunch at the Footprint Bar&Grill.
If you just realize that going to the Exuma‘s to see the original pigs will break the bank, this tour is absolutely for you!
The company was reliable and made it easy to book the tour. Once arrived at the docks, we were checked in in no time and our boat was ready to go.
We we’re greeted by Cpt. Adam and his crew who were giving everybody a safe feeling and the motivation for an „early“ morning departure.
Along the ride they would check in with passengers, making sure everyone stays hydrated ;) and telling us stories about all the places that pass by. Their open and friendly attitude is just unparalleled. The music selection is top notch :)
Snorkeling (gear including life vest provided) was a 30min stop at a nearby reef before heading over to the pig refuge on Rose Island. Here we were greeted by a crew of animal caretakers. All great folks and they tell you the dos and don‘ts before unleashing the horde. :) They provided apples and a stick to feed the pigs which were now all around us at the beach.
If the boat crew does not give you an instant smile with their jokes already, the pigs for sure will!
After another hour or so we left the beach to see Gilligan‘s island. Not being familiar with the TV series, the story around it was a nice fun fact with the island itself being rather unspectacular for us.
Next stop was another reef were you would peel your eyes to spot the turtles. After a few minutes we spotted some and eventually they surfaced to catch some air, making this trip so worthy alone. After the wonderful experience we went on to have lunch at the Footprint, a small shack on a beach which simply resembled paradise.
Food was good and we were chilling out with drinks in the sun, some playing beach volleyball, some being out for a swim while others were enjoying a good rest in the sun.
All in all the tour was worth every cent in terms of photographic views and great experiences with Cpt. Adam and his crew being the cherry on top!
We absolutely enjoyed the time and left with an endorphin boost, lasting for weeks!
Once we come back we will check out other tours they offer.
That being said, we recommend them to anyone visiting Nassau!

Do yourself a favor and book Aqua Shores! We are locals and booked them for a private half day boat tour to visit a nearby island. We fully enjoyed our time with their amazing, fun and attentive staff. We visited Footprints Beach Bar and enjoyed lunch, cocktails, dancing and Mate Adam DJ'ing the best tunes!! Such a fun, amazing day! Thank you Aqua Shores!!

The Aqua-Shore Powerboat Team in the office was great and easy to work with. The “A-Team” better know as Captain Adam and is Crew member Ashtin made the day amazing. We toured the harbor, the neighboring islands and out on parts of the sea. Ashtin was able to give information about the islands, beautiful homes on the waters edge and pointed out landmarks. Captain Adam kept the ride smooth with great music, Captain Adam understood that a person had some fears about going to fast and being out in deep water. He played our favorite oldies, 80s, 90, and modern day music. Both men were very respectful and kind.
When we come back to visit we will look up Captain Adam and Ashtin. Thank you Aqua Shores for a memorable time.

Disclaimer: I'm rating the company's customer experience, as we ended up not doing any tour with them.
I booked a full-day tour almost three months in advance. It was charged immediately. Fast forward to the evening (7PM) of the previous day to the tour, I get an email saying that the tour didn't meet the minimum number of participants and it's not happening.
That's fully understandable. My complain is the extremely short notice I was given to find another alternative. Our stay in Nassau was short and full of activities; we of course need to account for weather conditions and other unexpected problems that may arise, but this was fully avoidable and plainly greedy from the tour operator. Did they really need to wait until 12 hours before the tour to decide it wasn't happening? I would have been happy(-ish) with a 24 hours notice.
I also have to say the reimbursement was full and immediate, but less than that would have been unacceptable.

When we arrived for our private charter they told us they could no longer take us snorkeling with the turtles despite confirming that we could the day before by email. They refused to compromise to discount the changed tour or provide an alternative attraction (like the swimming pigs despite plans to have lunch at that island already). Then they became irritated and refused to take us at all—they claimed it was because one member of our party used a walker to assist ambulation, but they didn’t seem to have a problem with this before we expressed disappointment with their misleading advertising (and they okayed her when we filled out her application, and even helped her into the boat not 15 minutes earlier)

We did the day tour to feed the iguanas, see Pablo Escobar's plane, feed the pigs, swim at a private beach and eat at the Staniel Cay Yacht Club. Emilio and Rico were awesome! They were very attentive and friendly. It was a very nice trip. Some of the trips were "Booz cruises"where people act like animals and the music is turned up as load as it can go. This was a family friendly environment. I highly recommend this trip.

We stayed at Atlantis and went with Aqua Shores for the full day tour to see the swimming pigs, iguanas and sharks. Our captains were Rico and LJ. It was the highlight of our trip. Rico and LJ were fantastic. They played great music, were always having fun and made sure we got a unique experience while relaxing and enjoying the beautiful islands/waters of the Bahamas!

The whole trip was great! They were proactive to switch our dates when they saw a storm coming in and helped find a day that worked. The staff was so friendly when we checked in and while on the boat trip - always eager to help. The tour itself was amazing - this had been on my bucket list for a while now and I’m so glad we chose Aqua Shores. Would recommend to anyone!!!!

My group had initially signed up for the full day Exuma excursion, but that was cancelled due to weather. We signed up for the 1/2 day rose island tour and were pleasantly surprised! The boat ride itself was great, speed boat with drinks included! Each destination was fun and different with a good amount of time at each. We were able to see cared for pigs, snorkel with fishes, and see sea turtles from the boat. Lunch was included on a cute little private island! Would highly recommend this trip.

My family and I went deep sea fishing with Captain Ding and 1st Mate Cochise. Our experience was fantastic and the crew was phenomenal. Everyone in the group were able to catch fish the entire 4 hours we were on the water.
