You have to see these blue holes!

Breath taking and so picturesque! Another of nature's great wonders. Make sure to have good walking shoes. The lime stone terrain is treacherous but worth it!

So what is they are are NOT bottomless, Blue Holes invitingly warm waters are a delight to swim, or simply spectate as youngsters thrill to jumping in (NEVER dive headfirst into ANY unknown waters!) Don't forget, Andros still boast unexplored regions - some rumored to hide pirate treasure, or so locals say. Keep an eye out for sponge fishermen, still... More

Stargate was incredible, amazing rock formations and crystal clear water. Mars not as exciting, but still saw lots, including lionfish and barracudas.

The Blue hole in the National Park was a rough ride to get there but well worth the visit. It had restrooms available, a nature trail and a great deck to jump from to access the blue hole. There is also a stairway down to the water for easy access. Don't think about it, just jump.

This was really fun - fairly arduous bike ride to get there, but well worth checking out. Lovely fresh water, nice walking trails, interesting topography, bird watching

We took a group out to Captain Bill's blue hole for an awesome afternoon swimming and barbecuing. There was a stone hearth/grill out there to cook burgers and food. A small platform that is covered and has bench seating.

If you have never been to a blue hole, this is well worth the trip on a very bumpy, and for us, wet road. We visited three blue holes on Andros, and this was by far the most interesting and beautiful. It was a bit of a challenge to get there off of the queens highway, but it was worth... More

The blue holes are amazing and the one near Small Hope is great. There's a platform and ladder, but once you're in there you won't want to get out! The view from the water all around is simply stunning and the brackish water is refreshing. Just do it!

We hiked to several blue holes which were beautiful and peaceful. Found out where to go by talking to locals. Needed strong sandals for hiking, and saw a couple of non-poisonous snakes.

We visited Charlie's Blue Hole north of Fresh Creek, named after Charlie who dove into the deep caves and could not find his way out. So we were told. Ocean holes are topped with fresh water but connect to the ocean through caves. This was discovered by Jacque Cousteau, so the depths of the holes are filled with salt water.... More
