While a good portion of this wreck is above water and slowly succumbing to the elements, there's much to be seen below. Great fish populations. Accessible by snorkle. Careful about surge and all the sharp rusting metal around you.

Visited the Sapona as part of an excursion. The snorkeling was great, beautiful reef, fish etc... Snorkeling inside the Sapona was something I'll never forget. Be careful with fire coral and jelly fish, but other than that, nothing to worry about.

We hiked up the ship and free-jumped from it. What a experience! Being inside is interesting as well - you never know when you'll see some big or small fish and what it might do to/with you, so...that's quite an adrenaline rush.

Very unique site to experience. Great snorkeling, and for the thrill-seekers, climb the wreck and take a leap!

This wreck dive is unique to Bimini, It is a sunken ship that is partially out of the water. This is a great for snorkeling because it is a more shallow dive and you can see most of the coral without scuba diving. The coral...More

Cool attraction in a beautiful spot. Great snorkeling and fun to climb up the (scary, not very safe) rope to the top to jump off!!

We were on a boat there for a few days. We cruised by this wreck. It was really cool. We didn't get out this time. My friend has before and he jumped off the deck.

Max and Jubal are incredible. You have to use them for this excursion. Between the dolphin excursion and the Sapona shipwreck, our vacation was AMAZING!

I recommend the #1 Water Adventure center in BImini on TripAdvisor; BIMINI UNDERSEA, this tour costs $69 + tax per person including snorkel gear rental.

If you take the tour with the #1 Water Adventure center in BImini on TripAdvisor; BIMINI UNDERSEA, tipping is optional, but if you think they did a great job $5 - $10 per person is enough
