Just book your tour now! Our group of 15 people did multiple island excursions, as well as previous boat tours on the island of Eleuthera in previous years Fishbone tours was HANDS DOWN everyone's favorite day. From the ambiance, to the drinks, to the carefully thought out and personally designed itinerary there is not a better excursion for you to partake. Julius and his crew went above and beyond to create an experience and capture memories of a lifetime. We will absolutely be returning. Ty ty ty!

This was our third boat tour on the Bahamas and by far the best!
Julius exceeded our expectations and made this a very special and personal tour with a lot of expertise and fun.
Every single person had a great time and we found a new friend along the way.
Thank you Fishbone tours and Julius and Bubba for that day 🤍

Amazing ecological tour. The sound where they go has so much wildlife, and we were the only boat out there. It’s a fantastic diversity of of experiences, and the tour guide is incredibly knowledgeable.

Not what I thought. I really hate that I’m writing this! Maybe I didn’t due my research. Maybe my communication before booking the trip was off. I try my hardest to make sure I am transparent with my wants and hopes. I was going to go with another tour, but when I saw the reviews I thought it would be great! The captain was very nice! The tour wasn’t for us! It felt more like being in a swamp…like another reviewer stated. I just think it was the location on the Island. The Bahamas has the most beautiful waters I have ever seen but unfortunately I didn’t see these waters until the very end. We did see turtles from the boat. We did try jumping in to get a closer look with no luck. Some tours will feed the turtles this one does not so you will not get close to them. The tour seemed more of a boat ride then an adventure. We did see a small reef for a brief time. We learned lots of the rich and famous and their homes which we really didn’t care about. At the end of the day it was a very expensive boat ride with a very nice man. I felt like it fell short on the beauty of this incredible island. Luckily, we did adventure out and had a wonderful trip. This boat ride would probably be perfect for young families, just fell short for us unfortunately!

Just don’t go. The problem here is that he takes you in what is basically a 2 foot deep swamp tries to find a shark. You will probably see some turtles which he will man handle and then tell you to take a photo. He will then tell you about all the sharks. You will get sun brined and be in a crappy boat that probably wouldn’t pass inspection. That’s about it. Except for the best part where he will try to get you to buy food and drinks at his pathetic ‘beach bar’. Good luck.

We did 2 tours on our trip to Eleuthera. The first trip was supposed to be a reef fishing trip but we received an email the day before telling us the conditions were less than ideal for that. We did an adventure tour instead and it was fabulous! Bubba was a fantastic guide and the family had a great time! The second trip was snorkeling and Chubby was our guide. It was another fantastic day. We got to fish for lobster and they were delicious! Chubby was was a great guide and really made sure that everyone was able to do something they wanted to do. The kids had a great time on both trips which was most important to us.
Thank you Fishbone Tours for some unforgettable memories!

Went Reef Fishing with Chubby. It was my Wife and I. We hade a great time, they know their way around the reef with a skill I have never seen. We caught our share of fish and enjoyed the entire trip -- 4 hours felt like 1. At the end , Chubby cleaned and fileted our fish. The Fishbones restaurant cooked it for us -- 15 minutes from boat to plate - fantastic.

The day we spent with Captain Bubba and Chubby was the highlight of our 2 weeks in Eleuthera. It was so much fun boating around Savannah sound and learning about the wildlife and snorkeling. Captain Bubba and Chubby even got us lobster and fish for dinner which we prepared and it was so fresh and delicious. As a bonus Captain Bubba serenaded us while we ate lunch after the tour. He even asked Dr. Seabreeze to come play at the restaurant the following evening so we could see him. It was a wonderful evening. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We really enjoyed everything!

Hello, we are a family of 6 who are arriving December 29, 2019 on the Sky Princess at Princess Cayes. We are interested in a guided tour of Eleuthera or to see the surrounding islands. Can you provide us with a tour with pickup? Thank you very much, Angela

Hi! I’ve sent several messages over the last month or so. Is Julius still offering tours?! We will be there next week, and I’m getting a little worried that we haven’t been able to book any tours. We’d really love to book through him! He came highly recommended by friends!

Can you possibly find sand dollars in the ocean?? Also, do you find turtles most of the time? Thanks!

Just saw this .. so you probably have your answer by now - or you have already visited! But in any case... there are sand dollars at a different location -- called Sand Dollar Beach. That was the most beautiful place on earth, but you must get there via boat. We did see turtles every time we were in the water.

I was wondering if you do tours of any of the many ponds on Eleuthera? I am looking to find shells there. What is the average depth of the ponds... inches, 2-3 ft, or deeper? I have a fear of deep water, especially when I cannot see what is around me. What would I need to wear, as in, gloves, sneakers? Are there sharks/barracudas in those ponds? Any help you could offer would be great so as to alleviate any fears I have. Silly but true. Thank you in advance.

Do you ever encounter dolphins on any of your tours? If so, is it rare or frequent? I haven't seen any pictures of dolphins attached to your page.

Hi Craig C
We do sometimes, however we cannot control the marine life. Dolphins are not always in the area where most of the Adventure Tour takes place as it is too shallow during low tide. Some times they are seen when we are doing the Reef Fishing aspect of the tour. (Atlantic ocean) Hope that helps!
