This is located about an hours drive from moncton, twisty road with nice scenery. There are several activities including ziplining, beach fossil tours and food area. Nice spot to spend a day.

We loved Cape Enrage. The wind up by the lighthouse itself was incredible ! Hold onto your hat ! The rocky beach was rather unique and a bit tricky to walk on but very interesting !

I took my son who uses a walker to Cape Enrage to see if he could zip line. The staff was so wonderful! They helped him up the stairs, gave lots of encouragement then brought his walker to the end so it would be ready for him. Both men from the equipment shed came to see my son finish and help him then helped him down the stairs. They made sure he was accommodated and had an amazing experience that he will never forget. Such wonderful service!!

We were one of many vehicles that drove up to the gate during their posted open hours only to find it locked. No indication of closure on website. Call ahead!

Beautiful lighthouse - drove through Fundy National Park to (1) Buttland Lookout Point, (2) Alma Beach and then (3) Cape Enrage beach and finally up to the lighthouse. The beach is pebbly with a certain beauty and serenity just looking out into the Bay of Fundy. Good place for a leg stretch and some quiet time to be one with nature. We didn't go right up to the lighthouse since it was closing time - so we stayed outside the entrance gates and caught the views and took some photos.

We took our two kids and dog on the fossil tour at Cape Enrage. It was quite tricky getting down through the stairs and all the rocks but worth the excellent experience. Highly recommend to anyone with good balance skills and shoes with grip! The lighthouse was closed while we were there due to the fog and necessity to have the horn on but it was cool to hear it.

It was $5 each to enter the area, we were not able to go out to the lighthouse, ziplining looks fun.

Drove to Cape Enrage as it had been recommended to us.
It is approximatively 21 km from the town of Alma.
The road to it is a bumpy country road. Consequently it is a slow drive through woods, marches and fields. It is a beautiful country drive.
We 1st arrived at a rocked beach where some folks were walking, fishing and enjoying a small fire. We then drove up the mountain to the viewing area. Beautiful views.
Not certain we'd take the ride there again.

Just wanted to let everyone know that there is no warning at the bottom and the road up there is quite treacherous with potholes and lots of twists and turns. The view from the top is beautiful, but we were disappointed that the lighthouse and arestsurant were closed because of Covid.

Even though the activities and buildings are closed this season, there is a fabulous view from Cape Enrage. The road to it is not for the faint of heart - very steep and narrow in spots , and in poor condition as of July 20th. The good news is it is under construction with new guardrails installed. Hoping that the road will be resurfaced this season also. It was by far the worst stretch of road we drove on our Sussex - Fundy Park - Hillsborough route.

Hi, If I want to take pictures of the lighthouse just before sunrise, what are my options? I'm ok to pay any fee, I just need access to it before the sun is very bright.

How are the roads to get to the lighthouse? We will be on a motorcycle.

Hello,
The roads are paved, two lane and twisting.
Twice I preventively honked my horn (in my Chrysler 300) on an oncoming blind turn.
There were others on their bikes and I believe they enjoyed the ride as it is a lovely drive.
Have a great time.
Please call ahead if you're planning on eating there because I'm not sure of their seasons.
