This is a gimmick restaurant that doesn’t know the meaning of customer service. They didn’t have everything that was offered on the menu so I didn’t get to eat. There was no apology just attitude.
The spa look good and the staff were polite but as I didn’t use this facility I can’t rate this part of the experience.
I came here on the back of Alexander Armstrong’s visit to Iceland where he made it seem like a really well run establishment. Unfortunately it is not.

We had the couples beer bath and it was amazing. We both felt so relaxed after, then went to the quiet room. Our skin felt so good after.

A unique experience, amazing views from the outside hot tubs- make sure to arrive 30 mins before so you can use these before the beer bath. Beer on tap next to the bath which added to the experience. We stayed for lunch in the restaurant after and had 3 small plates between the 2 of us, the food was delicious. Definitely worth a visit.

My family and I visited the The Beer Spa on our first evening in Iceland. We soaked in the beer tubs, relaxed in the relaxation room, and then had beers and dinner in the restaurant. It was the perfect start to our trip. After a long day of traveling, this experience was so refreshing! We could not have been happier with our decision to come here. We would happily return!

Experience was fabulous. I enjoyed the soak in young beer with access to a spout of locally produced beer for all you drink. I sat and relaxed in the infrared sauna and then took a long sip in the outdoor hot tubs where I enjoyed the views of the fjord, snow-capped mountains and rolling green hills. Rachel was the staff on-hand and she was pleasant and knowledgeable.

I would challenge anyone to find a more picturesque spot for a beer in Iceland . There was a nice selection of beer with some complimentary snacks. The restaurant/bar looks out over the harbor towards the island of Hrisey. There is beer in the two spas but we did not try this.

We didnt do the spa, but we were on our way to a whale watching trip and decided to have lunch in the restaurant. It was one of the best meals we had in Iceland! Both of our boys had burgers and raved about them and my wife and I split the Halibut (fish of the day). After lunch we had a beer on the patio and enjoyed the breathtaking scenery. Really a special place.

Loads of beer, loads of relaxation, and good food! What more can anyone ask for? We went here after booking a whale safari from Dalvik (which i also can recommend) that included the beer spa

2 days after beer Spa and skin still fresh and soft!! 25 min topped in beer tub and unlimited beer to drink from the tap. Great experience. After spa upstairs to unwind but little advice they should be a door as we could hear when tubs are cleaned and chatting of staff and that meant to be a nap area. After hot tub outside for more beer 10% and tasty. Definitely recommended. Service is smiling and helpful.

We were recommended this place by one of the natives we met. It was a really unique experience that we would recommend to anyone. My husband loves to try new beer, and although I honestly do not like beer at all we both had a good time! I would definitely recommend taking the time before your beer bath to sit in the outside hot tubs with a beautiful view. After we sat there for a while and my husband tried one of the beers, we were taken into the bath. It was really warm in the room and did smell like beer, but it was really relaxing. My husband loved that you could get drinks from the tap next to the bath. The relaxation room after was nice too. We also went to the bar after and got a drink before leaving, and everyone we encountered was really nice and helpful.
