We took a taxi from the Crane Resort for a day trip to Bathsheba Beach. Very scenic, fun watching the waves roll in. Not a beach for swimming, very rough waters. Worthwhile for a day trip!! Open to public.

It's a shame to see all the sea weed washed up on shore. The smell kept us from enjoying the beach. However, the setting is stunning and it's fun to watch all the surfers. This was a good trip to combine with Hunte's Garden and...More

Not for swimming, but for just hanging out and feeling the breeze. This beach was one our stops during an island tour, so we did not have the chance to spend a lot of time here, but for the time we did get to spend,...More

We visited Bathsheba beach and was awestruck at the limestone formations and the intensity of the waves. This beach is for surfers. The views are breathtaking.

You have to visit Bathsheba!! It is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been. You can get a view from up top of the hill or down near the beach, but either way, it’s sure to leave a lasting impression. As with most...More

I know I shouldn't score nature average, because this place is beautiful. However, currently the waves that have come through have drastically affected the beauty of this east coast. There is so much seaweed that the waves are just giant brown waves. It took a...More

Lovely the rugged coastline and the sound of the crashing waves. Sat and chilled with a couple of banks beers at the local bar.

No, it has not been affected. However, keep in mind that the Atlantic ocean in Batsheba area is rough, the beach is rocky and though scenic for watching, it's not good for swimming, but best suited for surfing. It's a good... More

I would agree with other people the sea on the east coast is suitable for surfing but there is no place to moor a boat in Bathsheba, get the bus from Bridgetown, it’s 2 Barbados dollars each, great value and a lovely journey.
