I'd never heard of this artist but his house is well worth a visit. It has a pleasant garden with formal and informal features, a gallery of his works and several period rooms which five an impression of what it might have ben like in the artist's own day. The museum is nice, small but nice and well kept. The grounds are really nice and it's a nice place to go to relax. The staff were rude, especially the security guard. We were looking at some photos - closely. He came up to and said several times 'don't touch anything this is a museum' .. we replied 'we know,... More
