I would be very very cautious when dealing with this company. Took me for 2K+ in damages to a seadoo I rented.
I've been riding seadoo's all my life (20+ years of riding) and have owned them. I have done the maintenance on my machines and understand them very well. My last machine (97 GTX) finally gave out at the end of 2020 during our cottage time, great unit and gave me 15 years of riding. So in the summer of 2021 I wanted to try the GTI out at the cottage. The GTI is a nice machine and performed very well.
The cottage we go to is on bass lake, we go there every year for the past 10 years. Every year I rode my GTX on the waters of bass lake where the motor finally gave out. I never occurred any damages to my machine over the 10 years of going there.
Well, after renting from Rob and bringing it back he showed me damage to the bottom of the hull to the tune of $ 2440.00.
Shocked and bewildered, I questioned myself in disbelief. I never hit anything on the water and believe that I would feel that much damage occur. So, was I being scammed!? Well, I believe so. If you look at the units he has there many have damages, so that means many people have been charged. Where has there money gone? Into the repair!? No, rather in there pockets. In my case, I think that a patch repair was done on the unit and came off while in the water to reveal the damage previously done. Simply put I believe I was being scammed.
Please be ultra cautious when dealing with this company. I don't think I'm the only one who has rented from this guy and thought they were being scammed. I would also encourage others to speak up as well if similar events happened to you.

Good, ethical people- we had to cancel a booking at last minute- when they could have kept the entire amount of the rental- and they were mote than fair.

I actually never rented a boat from Rob but he helped me tremendously this summer. I borrowed a friends boat and was at the public launch site experiencing trouble with the engine as it would not raise (trim) in order to pull it out of the water on the trailer. Rob happened to be there delivering sea doos for a client and graciously came over and helped us out. It turned out to be a blown fuse which we fixed in a matter of minutes. One other guy was there earlier and simply said "best of luck". Not Rob...a very kind man. I had no clue how to fix and if it was not for Rob I would still be there! For this reason I would recommend his company to anyone...including myself the next time I need to rent a boat.

We were visiting friends at their cottage on Lake Muskoka, and decided to rent a pair of Seadoos for the day. I did my due diligence online to find a great price and excellent reviews.
We arranged to have the PWC delivered to the public launch in Bala. Robert was there waiting for us. :) We had a 2015 and 2016 model that were nearly identical and in excellent condition. Robert did a 'walk around' of both units to identify any existing damage (minor scuffs and damaged stickers (replacements were on order!) on the 2015... not a mark on the 2016). He also took a video of the damage (Excellent idea).
We completed the paperwork and then he gave us a tutorial on operation, use of the various bumpers, and things to watch out for (eg. sucking a tow rope in to the drive unit = very bad !!$$!! :) )
We were soon on our way and let me tell you... these things are about as much fun as you can have with your pants on! We towed skiers and tubers and bombed around the lake solo and 2-up.. awesome in every way! (BTW , I recommend Seadoos w/iBR, gives novice riders some confidence in close quarters maneuvering/docking)
At the end of the day we met Robert in Bala, where he did a final inspection, and we topped off the gas tanks.
If you've ever thought you'd like try a PWC.. DO IT!... and when you do, go see Robert at Muskoka Powersports and Recreation!

Extremely professional! Arrived on time. Took lots of time to explain about the seadoo we rented. I had to get a temp licence which he explained in great detail. The seadoo was in top condition. We had a great time. Would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to rent water toys!

I rented 2 of the Seadoo's for the Fathers Day weekend from Robert. The family were given a lengthy handling seminar that helped to ease my worries for their safety. He is very, very particular and that is an excellent quality. Just a comment, I felt he held us hostage to delivery time and pick up time. Improvement is needed with this as we were limited to "OUR" vacation time. We were on "HIS" availability time which changed hourly. Great for Muskoka Powersport that business was good! Also the operator has to be 18 yrs. of age should be communicated prier to booking. We would rent from this company again.

This company and particularly Robert (the owner) created an experience beyond expectation. From the moment I first spoke to him on the phone to the last email I sent him to thank him for his professionalism and for providing us with an experience approaching excellence from the cleanliness of the boat, to the condition of the operation of the craft. As a boater all my life on boats more than 3x's the size, I also appreciated the delivery to me of the boat, the procedure to make sure I knew how to handle the craft, to the careful sizing of all the like-new life preservers to make sure everyone on board was as safe as possible, he took the time and care to make sure he covered everything. I would never call anyone else to rent a watercraft when anticipating being in the area. He is not my son, cousin, brother-in-law, father or any sort of relative. Furthermore I have never met him before so believe what I am saying.
The week up north was great. Thanks Robert for everything.
