MacTier, a Railroad Center

MacTier is a little - not very interesting - town.
Except the Railroad History.
The Trains from East to West in Canada pass through MacTier.
The Museum tells the Railroad History.

Historical Roots of Railroading

There was a time when the steam locomotives came, when the great Canadian National and Canadian Pacific Rsilroad came through town. When rail road workers changed cars and serviced locomotives when people came aboard to ride the rails east and west. When the railroad was Canada. If you are in the area check out this museum and discover the Mactier heritage. Railroad buffs this is a must.
