It cost 55 pesos to enter. We had an English guide that was also a teacher. Very large collections. The museum is airconditioned thank goodness. You can walk there from Acapulco Beach. We had a tour which cost $30 US plus entry but went later...More

Been there many times it's a museum inside an old fort ! The rooms are air conditioned but you can go outside on top of fort for great views of the city ! Right across from cruise ship terminal ! A must do

We were not happy with this tour. We went by coach to see the Cliff Divers at 11:00 AM. IT was an very hot humid day. The guide took us into a store and everyone got sort of mixed up. We ended up standing out...More

The museum has their displays translated into English, so you can go and read about the history of Acapulco especially relating to the relationship with the East. The displays are nice, the rooms are air conditioned, and the view is spectacular. Entrance price is $55...More

The fort is incredibly clean and very well laid out. All the exhibits are in air-conditioned rooms and the settings are wonderful. The attention to detail right down to the wood work of the floors and the poles in the rooms is really good. Even...More

History buff who enjoyed this very much. Did it in the city tour so it felt rushed. Should have done it as a stand alone. Cool structure and great reading about the artifacts in English.

This fort is gorgeous! There is a museum inside and the views from the different look outs are amazing. We only had one day in Acapulco so we just spent an hour or so here, but it was worth the visit!
