For a nice walk around the park

It is a nice place to take a long long walk. There also is a kids water attraction that is very popular. Do go take a walk it is free and the aquapark is not too expensive.

I've been visiting Parque Papagayo since I was a toddler, just by looking at its giant pinata would gave me a sense of happiness. There are many old trees and some caged animals such as crocodiles and iguanas. It is a great place to take a walk, seat in one of the many benches in the park and maybe read... More

If you want to do something different than just the beach come to the water park and let the kids run free! There are a lot of different activities for the kids and they'll definitely wear themselves out if you spend the day here!

The main purpose of our visit was to see the giant, metal, pinata sculpture. It is on the backside of the park (opposite the Costera side). It is huge and impressive. We also discovered the beautiful green park benches with the park's logo inscribed and painted yellow, along with a few other interesting photo ops.

Lots of animals but to be honest they look mistreated and miserable. Right across the beach my favorite part was all the food- corn, raspados, chicharrones etc.. While there I did witness 2 young men trying to steal a young ladies necklace right in plain sight and during the day!!! That was the only bad experience during my 2 month... More

I love the water park and it definitely gives the kiddies a place to cool off outside of the beach. It does get crowded so pack a little patience with your towel!

A lovely almost hidden park with many interesting sites. Amazing to see the parrots flying overhead and landing right there in the surrounding trees. Just a few steps from the beautiful beaches & waters of Acapulco Bay. Easy to walk thru and take in all the interesting surroundings. Unfortunately, it is NOT so good to visit Acapulco lately. Hopefully, one... More

We did not go to the park, but inside the park is a Silver Jewelry Shop (Villa Artesanal) where they make gorgeous silver jewelry. This is a must see!!! Ricardo and everyone that works there were gems. We spent 2 hours in the store looking at their gorgeous jewelry. This is a type of silver that will not turn your... More
